Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM PST

Salary: based on experience

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will own the entire marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — and play a key part in driving sales for our digital products and scaling our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive product sales.
    • Analyze campaign performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and maximize ROI.
    • Use customer insights and performance data to refine messaging and optimize future strategies.
  • Content & Campaign Management

    • Lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns, including email newsletters, website content, social media posts, and paid advertising.
    • Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand voice, values, and goals.
  • SEO & Website Optimization

    • Create and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing & Automation

    • Design and execute engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and convert customers.
    • Leverage email automation and segmentation tools to drive engagement and sales.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales.
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to generate insights and inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Budget Management

    • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact.
    • Continuously optimize campaign spend to improve cost-effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital product spaces.
  • Proven success in planning and executing end-to-end digital campaigns.
  • Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Strong copywriting and creative content development skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Background in fast-paced start-up environments.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
