Job Title: Senior 3D Designer (Event Management Industry)

Location: NCR (Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and imaginative Senior 3D Designer with a strong sense of

space, lighting, and color, capable of bringing event concepts to life through dynamic and

realistic designs. The ideal candidate will design and visualize stage setups, exhibition

booths, experiential zones, and event spaces that reflect creativity, functionality, and brand

storytelling.

The candidate should be passionate about transforming ideas into visually captivating 3D

environments, with a deep understanding of time shooting (scene rendering and camera

angles), lighting balance, and atmosphere creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design 3D event layouts, stage setups, exhibition stalls, brand

installations, and experience zones for corporate and social events.

Create detailed 3D visualizations and renders that showcase lighting, textures, and realistic

depth.

Work closely with production, client servicing, and fabrication teams to ensure design

feasibility and alignment with budgets.

Develop layouts, walk-throughs, and mock-ups for client presentations.

Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and event objectives.

Bring designs to life by integrating realistic lighting, shadows, textures, and color schemes

that enhance visual storytelling.

Continuously explore new design trends, materials, and technologies in event and exhibition

design.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sense of space, lighting, perspective, and aesthetics.

Excellent color sense and ability to balance design with functionality.

Understanding of time shooting, rendering angles, and real-life scale proportions.

Strong visualization and storytelling skills — bringing “life and emotion” into 3D designs.

Software & Application Proficiency (Must Have):

Autodesk 3ds Max – for 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering

V-Ray / Corona Renderer – for realistic rendering and lighting simulation

Adobe Photoshop – for texture editing, post-production, and color correction

Adobe Illustrator – for branding, vector graphics, and design integration

AutoCAD – for technical drawings and accurate layouts

SketchUp – for quick 3D concepting (optional but preferred)

After Effects / Adobe Premiere Pro – for basic animation, walkthroughs, or video

presentations (optional but beneficial)

Microsoft PowerPoint / Canva – for client presentation decks

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Communication.

Prior experience in an event management company, exhibition design, or stage production

agency preferred.
