North Twin Builders is an established construction company located in Phelps, Wisconsin that is looking to fill an Office Assistant position. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity. The primary role of the position is to provide administrative support to others in the office in order to maintain an efficient office environment. All job duties and functions are subject, within reason, to change to meet current needs.

General Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and greet people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform general office cleaning.
• Manage office files.
• Update and maintain databases such as project spreadsheets, sales tracking lists and client information.
• Assist with coordination of project schedules and personnel.
• Create business-related social media posts on a variety of platforms.
• Communicate professionally with office staff, subcontractors and clients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Project management skills.
• Must be extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred.
