Hourly Pay $22.90 - $24.90 per hour

Bilingual Required: English - Mandarin and or Cantonese

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring travelers have a seamless and enjoyable journey. Whether you’re guiding passengers through check-in, assisting at boarding, or providing a helping hand during arrivals, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome Passengers with Warmth: Be the first friendly face passengers encounter, assisting them with check-in and navigating their journey.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Support travelers with diverse needs, providing a calm and reassuring presence in a bustling airport environment.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Handle documentation with precision, from passports to boarding passes, and resolve challenges on the go.
  • Collaborate as a Team: Work with fellow agents, airline staff, and supervisors to provide seamless services to passengers.
  • Prioritize Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to airline regulations and maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.
