We are looking for an entry-level Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support business operations, reporting, documentation, and data-driven activities.
This position is ideal for students in their Master's program or recent graduates who are looking to start their careers in business, analytics, or operations domain.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations as required.
Support requirement gathering, workflow documentation, and business research.
Identify operational gaps, process delays, and improvement opportunities.
Assist with project tracking, timelines, and status updates.
Support data validation, QC, and report testing activities.
Collaborate with teams such as operations, data, project, and finance teams.
Maintain documentation, logs, and analytical reports.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Formatting).
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
Ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau .
Exposure to dashboard creation & BI concepts.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
Prior academic project or internship experience.
Understanding of KPIs, reporting metrics, forecasting basics.
