Job Description

We’re seeking an Associate Manager, Consumer Insights to join a global, well-established consumer goods organization. This role will play a key part in supporting brand strategy, fueling innovation, and ensuring consumer-first decision-making. You’ll work across marketing, innovation, and R&D teams to provide actionable insights that drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and inspire impactful communications.

This position will require an onsite capacity in Racine, WI. Open to candidates with relocation. 

Associate Manager, Consumer Insights Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing teams to embed consumer understanding into brand strategy and innovation initiatives.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of research projects that uncover consumer attitudes, behaviors, and needs.
• Guide the development of new concepts, packaging, and product ideas through continuous consumer feedback.
• Support communications development, ensuring campaigns are optimized for impact pre- and post-launch.
• Monitor macro, category, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and inspire innovation.
• Explore new tools, methodologies, and research partners to enhance insights and analytics capabilities.

Associate Manager, Consumer Insights Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s with 3+ years).
• Strong background in consumer insights, analytics, or related functions within a CPG brand.
• Experience synthesizing data into compelling consumer stories that influence decision-making.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Curiosity for trends, emerging research methodologies, and consumer behavior.
• Strong critical thinking, project management, and communication skills.

Salary: $100-$110k base with bonus eligibility. Day 1 health, dental and vision benefits offered. 401k and Prorated PTO (15 days reload in May), and full holiday shutdown Dec 23–Jan 2.
