Job Description Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support our Sales and Creative Strategy teams. This role is operationally focused, with an emphasis on technical production, traffic management, and overseeing a high volume of AR/video deliverables. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity while ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide sales and creative strategy support by managing incoming requests and coordinating deliverables. Oversee technical production and operations, ensuring smooth workflow across projects. Manage vendor kickoff for new initiatives, maintaining efficiency in execution. Handle large project volume, overseeing 30-50 deliverables simultaneously across 10-15 advertisers. Support all of MCS, collaborating with sellers and creatives to subsidize production efforts for top customers. Ensure seamless communication between sales, creative teams, and production to fulfill creative needs. Skills and Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in Production or Project Management within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Experience working with technical production, AR/video, and traffic management. Familiarity with Monday.com or other CRM/project management tools. Experience in tech company production or agency-side integrated campaigns, ideally within the tech sector.
