(GCF Level 3) Associate Project Specialist Purpose of Role We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual who is committed in project management and capable of coordinate project progress and project tracking Key Responsibilities Assist team for Project Management activities in monitoring the development & delivery within the product life cycle of global product lines. Work with all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners to follow up to ensure project are within scope and on track and plan solutions when needed for achieving the targets. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability and allocation; and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Act as communication mediator for all development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders. Maintain, and continuously improve milestone / Highlight / Management reports and ensure data is accurate in informational systems. Documents important decisions and follows up to ensure decision was implemented. Work closely with vendor project teams, Hasbro planning / QA / legal partners to meet or exceed deliverables. Years of Experience Required Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with experiences in project management in multinational firms A solid individual contributor in his/her professional field Technical Skills Requirement Degree in Engineering/Project Management Good project management understanding. Acceptable exposure to product development processes. Excellent command of English skills , Excel, Data Analysis, PPT Soft Skills Requirements He/she will be an important part of driving the success of the team’s daily operation Fast learner with a passion for continuous learning and expanding his/her technical skills is essential Strong teamwork capability, be able to cooperate with colleagues from different background, department and levels Respects the process and company’s practices while not afraid to challenge the status quo Showing potential or ideally some relevant experience in leading and managing a project Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-evolving environment Department Product Development Office Location India
