Business and Management Teacher (IY1 Program)
Overview:
Deliver modules including Consumer Behaviour, Principles of Marketing, Managing People and Organization, and Research Methods to Year One Business students. Collaborate with another business teacher to split and manage the module delivery across four classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with module objectives.
Incorporate case studies, group discussions, and real-world business examples.
Assessment & Feedback
Design and grade assignments, exams, and projects.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Collaboration
Coordinate with fellow business teacher to align content and assessments.
Participate in curriculum development meetings.
Student Support
Provide academic guidance and office hours.
Monitor student progress and participation.
