About Us: Our shop is thriving with increased insurance D.R.P business, which has created a need for skilled technicians. With five major DRP contracts generating over $1 million in revenue, we currently achieve a total monthly revenue between $1.3 million and $1.5 million dollars. We pride ourselves on our customer and employee-centric culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicles post-collision repair to ensure readiness for paint.
• Collaborate with the paint prep team to ensure proper vehicle preparation for painting.
• Mix water-based PPG paint to match vehicle colors seamlessly.
• Work alongside estimators and body technicians for timely repair completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work to ensure proper billing and pay.
• Communicate effectively with all staff to support above-average shop throughput.
• Perform final paint quality control before releasing vehicles for final assembly.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience as an automotive refinish/paint technician is essential.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair.
• Familiarity with PPG water-based paint.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain production efficiency.
• Attention to detail to minimize reapplications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year Benefits:

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with partial Saturdays as needed.
