Job Description

• This position prefers prior experience as a bartender.
• TIPS are not shown on hourly wage, because they will be earned separately.
• TIPS are expected (but not guaranteed) to be a minimum of 10$-20$ per hour, in addition to hourly wage; this number could be much more as well.


Job Details:

• Bartender must be able to multitask, interact well with others socially, and with work.
• All tasks associated with the restaurant are required to be performed by entire team.
• The restaurant functions as a team, and thus requires everyone's willingness to work together to accomplish all tasks.
• It is required to be responsible for checking identification of all patrons ordering alcohol.
• May be asked to assist with serving tables, learning barista as well.
• A requirement as part of the job interview will be to make a few drinks.
