Advanced Bone & Joint is seeking a reliable anddetail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, andmanaging accounts payable. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the finance teamto ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
-Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare and process payroll
- Maintain and update financial records
- Assist with year-end audits
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
