What You'll Do As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial systems and supporting our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include: Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless financial and order processing Handle shipping, routing, sales orders, invoicing, and inventory/merchandise management Monitor customer account balances and ensure timely collection by the due dates Provide customer service support related to billing, payment status, and order inquiries Support year-end audits and tax filing What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial operations Proven experience in retail or apparel industry is a strong plus Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Bonus points if you have a passion for fashion or experience in a creative industry Why Join Us?
