The Line Cooks at Middle Child are responsible for the execution of breakfast and lunch service. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintaining a fun, positive energy the shop
• Show up on time
• Setting up the line cook stations each day, including necessary food preparation
• Executing all breakfast and lunch pick-ups, with consistent  speed, and cleanliness
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including daily, monthly, and weekly deep cleaning
• Helping with prep projects, as needed
• Don't be an a**hole
