Job Description

Home Time: Weekly, 34-hour reset (80% of resets fall on weekends)
Freight Type: Dry van, 100% touch freight (manual unload w/ rollers)
Average Weekly Miles: 1,800
Loads per Week: 4
Delivery Region: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
Shift: Early morning starts, multi-stop store deliveries

Compensation

Average Gross Pay: $2,000 weekly (with 1,800 miles & 4 loads)
Pay by Experience (CPM): $0.70 - $0.80/mile
Unload Pay: $240/load
Stop Pay: $25/stop
Backhaul Pay: $50/load
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after 1st load + $500 after 30 days)
Orientation in Warrensburg, MO
Mentor ride-along (1 week) @ $150/day
Assigned tractor immediately after training

CDL-A with 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
