Overview:
Navitas Healthcare is hiring a System Chief Nursing Executive to oversee nursing services across multiple sites. Prior CNO leadership experience in acute care is required. This role is responsible for building a cohesive nursing vision, improving outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across the healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site nursing operations with a focus on strategic alignment.
- Establish best practices for patient care delivery and staff engagement.
- Manage budgets and resources at the system level.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Serve as the executive voice of nursing in governance and strategy.
Qualifications:
- RN licensure in New York.
- Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNO.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in acute care hospital systems.
- Expertise in unionized workforce management and organizational redesign.
