We are partnering with a fast-growing company seeking a highly trusted strategic partner to support the CEO and executive leadership team.
The Chief of Staff will operate at the center of the organization, driving alignment, execution, and follow-through on the companys highest-priority initiatives. This role works across functions and acts as a force multiplier for leadership.
This is a high-impact role for a senior professional who combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong executive presence.
Partner closely with the CEO on strategic priorities and execution
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through
Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations for leadership decisions
Improve operating rhythms, communication, and organizational alignment
Track and manage key initiatives, goals, and KPIs
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the organization
Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or senior strategic/operational leader
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working directly with executives and leadership teams
Ability to operate effectively across functions and priorities
High level of discretion, judgment, and executive presence
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
