Now Hiring: CNC Milling Operators – 2nd Shift
We’re looking for experienced CNC Milling Operators to produce high-quality parts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Openings available on 1st and 2nd shifts – choose the schedule that works best for you.
What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC and manual milling machines to meet blueprint tolerances.
• Work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds, and offsets as needed.
• Inspect and deburr parts during production.
• Develop fixturing and work-holding solutions.
• Monitor machine fluid levels and maintain equipment.
• Cross-train on additional plant machinery.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of machining experience.
• CNC milling experience with NC and CNC mills (Fanuc controls).
• Manual milling experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and meet precision tolerances.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must provide your own tools.
