Picture this
A café’s brewer goes down during the morning rush. You triage the call, arrive within your territory, diagnose the failure, swap the needed parts from your well-organized van, verify operation, document the work, secure the customer’s signature, and close the call—keeping their coffee flowing and their customers happy.
