We are looking for all levels of experience entry level to Foreman! 

Apprentice - $19 - $20

Craftsman - $21 - $23

Journeyman - $25 - $30

Foreman - $30 - $34

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope roof systems including PVC, TPO, and EPDM.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with power tools and roofing systems such as PVC, TPO, and EPDM.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
