Overview:
Mfinite Consulting is seeking a Creative Production Project Manager to oversee the production of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of print and digital marketing projects, including ads, emails, collateral, and web content.
• Utilize project management tools to track workflows and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and facilitate project kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Address challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in traffic/project management within a creative or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
