• Represent clients in court with confidence and strong advocacy skills.
• Draft motions, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with experienced legal professionals to refine strategies and share insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal law (public defenders and prosecutors welcome), including felony cases and jury trials.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage complex cases independently.
