Do you love cruising, travel, and creating unforgettable vacation experiences? We’re seeking a Cruise Reservations Specialist to help clients plan, book, and enjoy the cruise vacation of their dreams.
As a Cruise Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers looking to book their next voyage. You’ll guide clients through every detail—from stateroom selection to onboard amenities and excursions—ensuring a smooth, stress-free booking experience. This is a commission-based, remote role with flexible hours, ideal for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to turn their passion for travel into a rewarding career.
Handle cruise reservations and modifications with accuracy and care
Assist clients in selecting cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and accommodations that fit their preferences
Provide detailed information about onboard experiences, excursions, promotions, and travel insurance
Create customized travel quotes and itineraries
Market services to attract new clients and grow repeat business
Stay current on cruise line policies, industry trends, and available promotions
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process
Experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred (training available)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role
