Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Ariba B2B Integration Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on automating and enhancing the exchange of purchase orders and invoices between Ariba and Epicor Eclipse. This position offers an opportunity to work in the paper and packaging industry, contributing to innovative integration solutions that simplify procurement processes and ensure secure, efficient data handling.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current workflows and document business rules for purchase order and invoice integration.
• Design secure and scalable integration architecture leveraging Ariba and Epicor Eclipse capabilities.
• Develop and configure protocols for real-time data exchange, batch processing, and structured file transfers.
• Map and transform data formats to ensure seamless communication and compliance between systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing to validate data integrity, error handling, and system performance.
• Deploy integration components and monitor initial transactions for accuracy and efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation of integration processes, including user guides and technical manuals.
• Provide training sessions to finance and procurement teams on system operations.
• Deliver post-go-live support by addressing issues, optimizing performance, and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Epicor Eclipse and SAP Ariba systems.
• Expertise in B2B integration methods, including real-time data exchange and file-based transfers.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and financial data automation.
• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with change management principles and processes.
• Knowledge of secure authentication, authorization, and encryption protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
