2020 Companies, in partnership with Dell, is now hiring an organized and motivated Events Manager to create synergy within the Dell Marketing team.
An Experiential Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing experiential marketing events and campaigns to engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional experiences that engage consumers, generate brand awareness, and focus on Dell KPIs. You will wear several hats, including collaboration with the client, hiring, training, scheduling, and logistics.

Engage with clients to understand their experiential marketing needs and objectives.
Collaborate on the development of customized event strategies that align with client goals.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance the overall experiential marketing experience.
Lead the recruitment and selection process for experiential staff based on client requirements.
Source and onboard personnel with skills tailored to meet the specific needs of each client campaign.
Ensure that the selected team aligns with the brand image and values of the client.
Inspire and lead the experiential team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to review client expectations, share insights, and provide guidance.
Develop comprehensive event schedules in consultation with clients, incorporating both virtual and in-person components.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and technical requirements.
Ensure seamless execution of events, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients to measure event success.
Provide regular reports on event performance, detailing achievements and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and insights for future optimizations.
Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
Proactively address client concerns and explore opportunities for expanding the scope of services.
Stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Inspire and lead the experiential team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to review client expectations, share insights, and provide guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning, project management, or experiential marketing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event activations.
