Freeland Auto is looking for a reliable and efficient Auto Detail Technician to join our team! As an Auto Detail Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, and polishing vehicles to restore them to their pristine condition. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch detailing services for a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform exterior and interior detailing services, including washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, and upholstery
• Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces.
• Clean windows and mirrors - inside and out
• Clean wheels, tires, and rims using appropriate products and methods.
• Wipe down and clean dashboards, consoles, and other interior surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize air vents, cup holders, door panels, and other hard-to-reach areas.
• Remove stains, odors, and debris from interior upholstery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep accurate records of the services performed and report any issues with the vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is completed and returned on time and meeting the standards of the company.
• Handle tools and supplies in a safe manor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred.
• Applicants who go through the interview process will be required to complete a hands-on skills assessment at the dealership.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to work individually or with a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include a Motor Vehicle Report and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
