Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Onsite) – Chicago, IL

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing management
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms
- Strong familiarity with social media channels including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- WordPress and content management experience, with an emphasis on content creation, grammar, and timely execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and representing the company effectively
- Leadership skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot
- Knowledge of BetterDocs and WordPress customization
- Background in healthcare or clinical diagnostics marketing
- B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Scientific background with the ability to synthesize complex information for various audiences
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- A minimum of three years’ proven experience in digital marketing, with successful campaign management and website oversight
Other Requirements:
- On-site presence at our client’s Chicago office (West Loop)
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and product development
- Enthusiasm for staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing
