• Efficiently answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls with precision and attention to detail.
• Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service calls.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and possess a logistics mindset.
• Organizational and computer skills are essential.
• Experience in the trucking/towing industry is a plus.
• Availability to work some holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
