In this position, you will engage with customers, providing them with knowledgeable recommendations and guidance on our diverse range of cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in their selections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized dispensary environment. By embodying our core values of empathy and expertise, you will help create memorable experiences for our customers.
Salary $16 - $16 USD per hour
Required Skills - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
Desired Skills - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- A passion for continuous learning about cannabis and its benefits.
- Previous experience in a role that requires teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and production processes.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
