SGA Lists, a premier hospitality and staffing firm is hiring banquet servers/Bartenders to travel throughout New York State, CT, NY and NJ. As our clients continue to request our people to support them, we are looking for those who are want to and are available to travel to elite venues.

Job Summary:
Has many responsibilities at a restaurant, including: 

• Food and beverage service: Serving food and drinks to guests, including appetizers, meals, and beverages 
• Table setup: Setting tables with place settings and tablecloths, and arranging food displays 
• Event preparation: Transporting food and supplies to the venue, and preparing workstations with condiments and coffee 
• Event cleanup: Removing dishes, glasses, and silverware, and cleaning up after the event 
• Guest service: Answering questions, providing information, and welcoming and farewelling guests 
• Kitchen communication: Relaying orders to the kitchen, and keeping kitchen staff informed 
• Safety and cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, washing hands frequently, and following food safety regulations 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server or bartender.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding event environment.
• A strong customer service orientation and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and items as needed.
