Job Description

1. Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to achieve marketing and business goals.
2. Create engaging email content and newsletters with attention to brand voice.
3. Segment mailing lists for targeted campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, or preferences.
4. Manage and maintain email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
5. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
6. Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and report insights to management.
7. Ensure emails comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations .
8. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective emails.
9. Optimize email campaigns for mobile and desktop platforms.
10. Work on drip campaigns, automated workflows, and lead nurturing strategies .
