ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP is seeking a highly motivated Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and chat channels, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  
• Provide accurate and efficient support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
