QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated and versatile Float Medical Assistant to join our dynamic dermatology team. In this role, you will provide vital support across various locations and clinics, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care regardless of where they are treated. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
• Support physicians during procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are readily available.
• Float between clinic locations as needed, adapting to different team dynamics and needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with patient communication effectively and courteously.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare, ensuring they understand post-procedure care.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clinical spaces, ensuring they meet infection control standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or dermatology setting is required.
• Ability to travel between different clinic locations as needed.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in dermatology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with office software applications.

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
