The Floor Hand position is responsible for supporting oilfield operations. The position is diverse and may vary on a daily basis. The Roustabout works with equipment they are qualified to operate such as hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment. This position requires the ability to work in all types of inclement and extreme weather conditions.
