Job Summary : The Front Desk position is a vital member of the hotel team, overseeing guest arrivals and departures and generally being an excellent ambassador of the hotel. The front desk agent must have a firm grasp on what is happening in all parts of the hotel and be able to direct guests and answer questions. The front desk agent should also be knowledgeable of local attractions and be able to assist with navigation and questions about the city. The following description is not exhaustive, and we hope to see the role expand to include additional responsibilities within the hotel.
