At Sparkle Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for a General Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the site, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come — and employees love to work.

This is a high-impact leadership role , perfect for someone with strong operations experience, proven sales leadership, and the ability to build a winning team culture. 

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all site operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Drive sales, membership conversions, and overall store profitability.
• Manage KPIs, P&L-related responsibilities, and financial oversight.
• Lead team training, coaching, and leadership development (including ASM and Shift Leads).
• Maintain site excellence: cleanliness, maintenance inspections, preventative upkeep, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and ensure top-notch performance every day.
• Foster a strong sales and service culture that reflects Sparkle’s core values—people first, always. 

Who You Are:

• A strategic, highly organized leader with strong multitasking and operational planning skills.
• Experienced in senior sales leader roles , with responsibility for sales strategy, profitability, or P&L-related oversight.
• Skilled in team coaching and development , building strong teams and cultivating future leaders.
• A confident, people-first manager who leads by example.
• Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Excited to grow with a company that values honesty, trust, ingenuity, accountability, and compassion. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.00 - $20.00/hour.
• Unlimited, uncapped commission on personally sold memberships.
