As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in our mission to provide stress-free solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Building relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Inspecting and repairing heating and cooling equipment.
Performing routine preventive maintenance.
Installing copper refrigerant lines, flex and sheet metal duct systems, and gas lines.
Preparing job sites by confirming and loading all necessary materials.
Assisting team members to ensure timely job completion.
Completing all job-related paperwork accurately.
Following up with clients and recommending future services.
Ordering repair parts through approved vendors.

5-10 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
EPA Type II certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams.
Customer-focused with a high level of integrity.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and similar devices.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
