Job Overview

We seek a talented HVAC/Heating Service Technician/Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have 3-6 years of experience in residential heating and HVAC systems, a Sheet Metal License, and an EPA certification, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various types of equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Sheet Metal License and EPA Certification

Pay: $70,824.00 - $75,943.00 per year
