IAM & Cybersecurity Consultant (Privileged Access Management)About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) & Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team supporting an energy sector client . This role focuses on the design, implementation, governance, and automation of IAM processes, with an emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM) . You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM security, reduce risk, and drive efficiency through modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects for privileged access segregation using CyberArk, including creation and onboarding of secondary privileged accounts.
• Coordinate and monitor access review campaigns , including user engagement, testing support, and communication.
• Develop and maintain IAM documentation , including runbooks, SOPs, process flows, and communication plans.
• Support integration of CyberArk with Active Directory and other systems to enhance password rotation, access governance, and audit compliance.
• Troubleshoot and analyze IAM issues across AD, CyberArk , and ServiceNow .
• Provide technical oversight during testing waves, offering user support and ensuring validation is completed successfully.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with IAM frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust).
• Contribute to dashboard/report creation for management and audit tracking using tools like Power BI and Excel.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) .
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and IGA solutions like Saviynt.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for access auditing, group membership validation, and automation.
• Experience automating IAM processes.
• Excellent understanding of IAM governance processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of access certification , entitlement tracking, and user communication best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in energy sector or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Saviynt and Okta.
• Understanding of Splunk or other SIEM tools for monitoring access and user behavior.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
