Join us. Grow with us. Lead with us. Be the Bar. No Limits.

  • Leadership Role: Direct influence over the growth and strategy of the immigration division
  • Work-Life Integration: We celebrate results, not overwork
  • Career Path: From senior attorney to managing attorney to partner-level growth as we expand
  • Cutting-Edge Tools: Lawmatics, Clio, Dialpad, and modern cloud-based systems
  • Marketing Power: Backed by 1,200+ 5-star Google reviews and investing $50,000+ in new web design and immigration content
  • Vibrant Team Culture: High-performing, positive, and collaborative “A-Players” focused on winning together
Compensation:

$110,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Handle and lead a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.
  • Develop systems and best practices for the immigration division.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to community outreach, firm marketing, and client education initiatives through seminars, videos, and written content.
  • Embody and model the firm’s 7 core values: Be the Bar, 3-Way Winners, Extreme Ownership, Adversity Is Opportunity, Under Promise Over Deliver, Growth Learning Are Minimum Requirements, and Radical Transparency.

Qualifications:
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRACTICING IMMIGRATION.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.
  • Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm.
  • Business-minded spirit — you take ownership and deliver results.
