And you could be a part of this adventure! **What You'll Do** The Dermalogica Global Marketing team is in search of a creative, enthusiastic, and diligent **Global Product Innovation Intern** . You will work directly with the Global Product Innovation team to assist in the development of products and campaigns, assist in managing new launches, and support the team with day-to-day functions. **This is a paid, part-time internship designed to be long-term (6 months to 1 year). Candidates must be local to the area.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, product introduction, and promotional programs. + Initiate documents necessary for the launch development process. + Assist in managing artwork updates. + Conduct competitive product and positioning analysis. + Organize, label, and distribute comps and lab samples. + Participate in innovation brainstorming meetings. **What You-ll Bring** **Key** **Qualifications:** + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills + Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook + Strong interest in the skincare, health, and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries preferred + MBA a **plus** **Key Skills and Abilities:** + Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently + Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines **This is a paid, part-time internship designed to be long-term (6 months to 1 year).
