Job Description

We are seeking a Jr. Business Analyst Forecaster role for a REMOTE 12+ month contract (extension or conversion likely)

***Must be US Citizen or Green card holder – no 3 rd party candidates

What you’ll do:

• You’ll create and maintain forecast models for the Network workforce, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from multiple sources.
• Detail forecast modeling is the responsibility of this position
• Gather, analyze, and validate data
• Review resulting statistical forecast model and plan
• Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting
• Summarize aggregate statistical forecasts
• Recommend adjustments for operational forecasts
• Prepare relevant material to facilitate research and discussion
• Provide input to volume planning (Short term and Historical Load Data for annual PTO process)
• Achieve consensus with the business side and the demand chain via planning and stand-up calls
• Maintain demand planning system and Forecast Tool
• Enter and modify data and ensure the correctness of data
• Monitor trends in forecast error
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
• Refine systems and methods to continually improve forecasts to better anticipate customer needs.

SKILLS

• Strong in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel ( able to create Pivot Tables and Filter Reports would be ideal).
• Prior experience in organizing data
• Ability to think proactively and work in a team environment
• Must be able to work in a multi-tasking environment

Shift: 7am - 4pm EST or 8 - 5pm EST

Pay rate: $25.00/hour W2
