Job Description

The Inter-Lakes School District is seeking custodians to help maintain safe, clean, and healthy school buildings. We have openings for:

Lead Custodian – Day Shift

• Year-round, 40 hours/week
• Competitive salary based on experience

Second Shift Custodian

• Hours: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, year-round, 40 hours/week
• Starting rate: $18.75/hour, with higher pay based on experience
• Full benefits: health, dental, life insurance, paid leave, retirement and more!

Requirements/Key Tasks (both positions):

• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Snow removal
• Occasional weekends required
• Must meet all employment requirements
