Exceptional Nanny with Infant Experience Needed on the Upper East Side!
(UES, New York | Wellington, FL | Hamptons)
Location: Job will start on the UES of Manhattan – This is a multi-location position, so the family needs flexibility for the Nanny to travel between homes.
A loving couple is seeking an exceptional, experienced Nanny to care for their sweet 4-month-old daughter. This is a long-term role for someone who is warm, kind, and deeply passionate about caring for infants. Their current baby nurse will be transitioning out in November and will provide hands-on training to help set the new nanny up for success. The family is looking for someone who will become a true partner in their home and hopefully remain with them for many years.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–7:30 pm (with Overtime)
Flexibility to occasionally swap a weekday for a Saturday (with advance notice)
About the Role:
The nanny will take the lead on all baby-related care, including:
Bottle-feeding, napping, and bedtime routines
Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities and milestones
Bathing, soothing, and maintaining consistent daily schedules
Baby laundry, cleaning bottles, dishes, toys, and keeping the nursery tidy
Light household support related to the baby (wiping down the kitchen, organizing baby supplies)
The Ideal Fit:
Highly experienced with newborns and infants, with excellent knowledge of developmental stages
Organized, proactive, and confident in taking the reins without needing constant direction
Structured in approach and skilled at maintaining routines and schedules
Warm, loving, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for children
Exceptional communicator—direct, clear, and professional, but always kind and approachable
Consistent, long-term work history with previous families (Must have 2–3+ years in long-term private nanny roles)
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel and live in different homes with the family
Driving experience is a strong plus (especially for Florida and the Hamptons)
Schedule & Locations:
Manhattan, UES (April–November): Live-out
Wellington, FL (December–March): Live-in*
*When in Florida, the client agrees to fly the candidate back to NY once a month, if desired
Hamptons (August):Live-in
Flexibility to travel with the family is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
$40–$45/hour (on payroll), DOE
2 weeks PTO
6 paid federal holidays
