Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and physically active Night Sweeper Technician to join our overnight maintenance team. The role involves operating a backpack blower to clean commercial parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas. This position requires working independently during nighttime hours to ensure properties are clean and presentable by morning.

This role involves working outdoors during nighttime hours, often in varying weather conditions. Technicians will be exposed to dust, dirt, and loud noises. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.
