**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge** **is seeking an experienced Nocturnist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.** **Opportunity Highlights:** + Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts. + Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care. + Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility. + Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM. + Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice. + Have access to ongoing professional development within an established and respected multispecialty group. **Job Requirements** + MD or DO degree with **Board Certification or Eligibility** in **Internal Medicine** or **Family Medicine** + Active **California medical license** (or ability to obtain) + Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality inpatient care + Ability to work flexible shifts, with occasional weekend availability strongly preferred + Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment + 2+ years of hospitalist experience strongly preferred **Where You'll Work** Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge ( , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a well-established, physician-led medical group providing high-quality medical services to patients in Southern California.
