Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing workflow and ensure customers receive their products accurately and on time.

This role is responsible for processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any fulfillment or shipping issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify customer orders through the company’s fulfillment system, e-commerce platforms, or ERP.
  • Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and communicate shortages or delays.
  • Track shipments, update order statuses, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, damaged shipments, or backorder situations.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory transactions, and shipping data.
  • Generate fulfillment and performance reports as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to improve fulfillment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and shipping regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, or ERP tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic data reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
