Position : Paid Ads Manager

Working Schedule : 9a-5p CST

Salary Range :$2500-$3500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our well-established digital marketing agency, which has been serving clients for over 25 years. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a full-time, remote position based in Latin America, with a focus on Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, starting with client budgets of around $10K per month, with the potential to scale up to $100K
  • Conduct research and provide insights during the client onboarding process
  • Create clear and professional weekly performance reports for clients
  • Integrate campaigns with client CRMs such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the internal team while being able to work independently
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of direct experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Google Tag Manager, Setting up/troubleshooting conversion & audience pixel tracking. 
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping/Meta Shopping as well as Shopify, Wordpress, & BigCommerce
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Proficiency in English: Written and Spoken
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B and B2C paid advertising strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
