Job Description
We are hiring experienced painters and general handymen (individuals or small crews) to support ongoing restoration and renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of light construction and finishing tasks.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall patching, taping, and texture
• Basic carpentry and trim work
• Caulking, touch-ups, and punch-list items
• Minor repairs related to restoration projects
• Job site cleanup and protection of client property
Qualifications:
Requirements • Experience in painting and general handyman work
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Professional behavior when working in clients’ homes
