Part Time Nanny
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to help manage daily household operations, travel logistics, and personal errands. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys creating smooth systems that keep a household running efficiently.
This role blends in-home support with remote coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:
Household Management
Coordinate household repairs, deliveries, and ongoing maintenance (e.g., door fixes, furniture moves, light fixtures, appliance cleaning, etc.)
Liaise with gardeners, architects, and contractors for projects such as deck renovation, garage design, and car storage solutions
Oversee and track service appointments for multiple vehicles (scheduling oil changes, coordinating detailing, managing classic car registrations, etc.)
Maintain household supplies and conduct regular inventory checks (e.g., paper goods, cleaning supplies, toiletries)
Organize and manage dry cleaning, sewing/alterations, and clothing returns
Organize and maintain storage areas, including car-related equipment (roof racks, accessories, etc.)
Manage home projects such as moving/putting together furniture, arranging deliveries, etc
Family Assistance
Purchase and wrap gifts for birthdays and events (children and adults)
Manage travel logistics and packing lists for domestic and international trips
Create meal prep lists and manage grocery orders
Coordinate travel logistics between homes or for vacations, including the family’s home base and second home in Nicaragua (primarily car transportation to and from airports)
Transportation
Provide occasional local driving support (e.g., errands)
Use of personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Comfortable with technology and online ordering systems
Must have a valid Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have 3-5 professional references
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years of age to apply
Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
Work Environment:
Hybrid: Mix of in-home work and remote coordination
Not an on-call role — ideal for someone who enjoys structure and independence
Must be comfortable around large dogs
